The KoC Holy Smokers BBQ and Bloody Mary Contest is an event you won't want to miss! Proceeds support St. Jude's Research Hospital as well as a scholarship for an 8th grader to attend a Catholic High School. The Knights will be selling BBQ plates, including a pork steak with 2 sides for purchase. If you enjoy BBQ, bloody Mary's, games, raffles and an over good time, then this is your event. 

Divisions:

1. Backyard BBQ - Open Class
-One pitmaster and up to three teammates. Must provide your own ribs and/or chicken thighs to present. Judging will be "People's Choice". The team with the most tickets wins. 

2. Backyard BBQ - Family Class
- One adult and up to two children under the age of fifteen. This division is supplied with turn in boxes of chicken wings and legs. Each team is required to cooks six wings and six legs. This division will be judged by our "Celebrity Judges" made up of Priests, Deacons, and Seminarians.  

3. Bloody Mary Contest 
- Single entrants or teams of a maximum of two people. Recipes must be original and tomato juice based. The entry does not need to contain alcohol. See official rules for items necessary and items provided. Judging will be based on point score.
